Legal basis

Sharing & recipients
We use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, and email delivery:
- Cloudflare (security & performance)
- Google services (incl. Firebase) for hosting, analytics, and infrastructure
- SendGrid / SendPulse for email delivery and unsubscribe handling
- Marketing partners. If you have opted in, we may include offers from selected partners in the travel sector (travel booking sites, insurance, car rental, flight booking agencies/airlines, and related travel companies). You will always have a clear option to unsubscribe from partner emails.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or comparable safeguards.
Retention
We retain your email until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it’s no longer needed for the stated purposes.
Your rights

Affiliate Attribution Details
When you click a monetized link, the URL may include a click identifier (e.g., CJ “Event ID”). If you consent to Marketing & Affiliate cookies, we may store a small identifier in your browser so the advertiser can credit Tixplore.com if you purchase.
Some advertisers support cookieless/server-to-server attribution; in those cases the click ID in the URL is matched by the advertiser without setting client cookies.
2) Terms of Use
Scope
These Terms apply to your use of the Tixplore.com proof-of-concept (POC) / beta release. This version allows you to create and export trip plans to your email, but is provided as an experimental service only. Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change without notice. Separate Terms will apply when Tixplore.com launches its full commercial product.
Eligibility & permitted use
- By submitting your email, you confirm it is yours and you are authorized to receive communications.
- Do not submit another person’s email without permission. Minimum age: 16.
Communications & marketing
By subscribing, you consent to receive Tixplore.com product news and marketing. You may also separately opt in to partner updates. You can withdraw consent at any time via unsubscribe links.
AI & informational content
Any AI-generated suggestions or content are for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them as professional advice; always verify critical details (e.g., travel restrictions, visas, local laws, safety, health requirements, opening times, bookings).
Third-party links, bookings & affiliates
We may link to third-party sites, merchants, and booking platforms. We are not a party to transactions you make there and do not control those services or their policies. Disclosure: some links may be affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you purchase, at no extra cost to you.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for its intended purpose. Feedback you provide may be used by us under a non-confidential, royalty-free license, where permitted by law.

- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying all aspects of your trip with official and reliable sources before and during your travel. This includes, but is not limited to, checking weather forecasts, local safety conditions, official travel advisories from your government, health and visa requirements, and the operating status of venues or transport services.

Acts of God & Force Majeure: We are not liable for any disruption, loss, or damage to your trip
resulting from unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (often called "force majeure" events). Such events

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business.
- Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the site and these Terms is no greater of €25 or the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event (often €0 during pre-launch).

Indemnity
